摘　　要：随着法律文明的发展 ,我国古代在民间出现了名家邓析这样的代讼人物 ,后来产生了讼师 ,出现了讼学 ;在官方出现了法家管仲、商鞅这样的官方法律决策人物 ,后来产生了张汤、赵禹等专为官方服务的律学家和律学。但在当时的社会条件下 ,中国既无可能、也无必要产生律师职业。With the development of legal culture in China, there was Deng Xi, a man of Ming, who supplied lawsuit service, and then there appeared pettifoggersand lawsuit knowledge in ancient folk country. At the same time, therewere official decision-makers of law, such as Guan Zhong and Shang Yang,spokesmen of Fa-group, and then there also appeared Lv-knowledge and its experts,Zhang Tang and Zhao Yu. Under that social conditions, it was impossible and unnecessary to produce legal profession in China.
