摘　　要：董立章《三皇五帝史断代》一书的立论难以令人信服 ,其对“疑古派”的批判无法令人接受 ,书中为证明自己观点堆砌的许多材料也是靠不住的。This paper does not agree with Dong Lizhang's opinions put forward in his book Dynastic Division of History of the Rulers of Remote Antiquity .It is quite difficult for people to accept Dong's criticism on the Antiquity Doubt School and the piled up evidences in support of his view are unreliable.$$$$
