应用乳酸杆菌对非特异性阴道炎和滴虫性阴道炎的治疗观察

摘　　要：我们用乳酸杆菌制剂对30例非特异性阴道炎和29例滴虫性阴道炎进行了治疗及菌群分析。结果表明,这两种阴道炎病人的阴道乳酸杆菌的平均水平明显低于正常值,而肠杆菌、葡萄球菌和类杆菌却明显增多。因此,阴道炎可能是由于菌群失调引起的。乳酸杆菌是阴道正常优势菌,并对致病菌有拮抗作用,这对维持阴道微环境,保持健康状态是非常重要的。The preparation of lactobacillus was used in 30 cases of Non-specific vaginitis and 20 cases of Trichomonas vaginitis,and the analyses of the vaginal flora were made.The results showed that the mean level of lactobacilli was significantly lower in the patients than normal women,Wheras mean level of Enterobacteriaseae,Stephylococci and Bacteroides were higher,suggesting that vaginitis may be cassed by dysbiosis snd lactobaillus is the normal predominent flora in vagina,and has an antagostic action to pathogenic microbes.
