摘　　要：　国家自然科学基金的设立,是国家促进科技发展,特别是促进基础性研究的一条重要渠道。明确国家自然科学基金项目的资助范围,找准研究方向,发挥学科优势,科学选题,阐述申请项目的创新及立论,具有合理稳定的科研梯队是提高国家自然科学基金的获准率之关键。The purpose of establishing national natural science foundation is to promote the national science and technology development, especially the development of basic research. To raise requirement rate of national science foundation program, it is vital to make clear the aid scope, to set research direction accurately, to give full play to academic advantages, to choose items scientifically, to demonstrate the creation and argument of the applying program and to have reasonable, stable and orderly system of succession of scientific researchers.
