多校区大学团委工作初探

摘　　要：近年随着高等教育管理体制改革的快速推进 ,各地高校合并和扩建现象渐多 ,多校区大学在全国大部分地区都已经出现。多校区大学自身的特点对高校团委工作提出了新的挑战 ,使高校团委工作呈现新的特点 ,面临新的难点。With the faster progress of the high educational administration system in these years, the combination and enlargement of colleges and universities have been being a tendency. And more and more multi campus universities appeared in many cities of China. It is a challenge to us that the characteristics of the multi campus university occur.Meanwhile, our work have also shown new traits including many difficulties. Therefore, it has a great practical significance to explore an effective work system for the Communism Youth League.
