慢性肾衰患者心电图Q-T间期变化的探讨

摘　　要：本文对24例(45例次)慢性肾衰(CRF)患者的心电图进行分析,发现CRF患者出现Q—T间期延长者明显多于心、脑血管疾病。经分析Q—T间期变化与血清K^+有密切关系、与Na^+、Cl、Ca^(++)、Mg^(++)等无明显关系,似与尿毒症心肌病变有关。住院期间,Q—T间期延长组的病死率明显高于Q—T间期正常组。The Q--T nterval change in the ECG of 24 patients with CRF was analyzed. It was found that the patients with CRF in the Q--T interval extension were much more than those with other diseases and that Q--T interval change was related to K^+ in the blood serum not to Na^-, Cl^-, Ca^++, and Mg^(?). But it seems to have certain relation to cardiac pathological change in uraemia. Also the death rate of Q -- T interval extension group is obviously higher than that of normol group during the treetment in the hospital.
