上海银行公会改组风波(1929—1931)

摘　　要：192 9年至 1 93 1年 ,上海银行公会不甘被强制改组为同业公会 ,联合钱业公会以及平、津、汉等地银行公会 ,奔走交涉于各方之间 ,要求国民政府颁布银钱公会单行法规章 ,但在强大的压力下最终遵行法规组织起同业公会 ,又改组原公会为银行学会 ,这得到了金融业的赞同 ,也为国民党当局所认可。上海市银行业同业公会大体上继承了原银行公会的组织制度、全部会员银行乃至社会地位。银行公会改组风波对上海金融业所产生的冲击 ,还只是外在的 ,间接的。During the period from 1929 to 1931, the Shanghai Bankers Association, not resigned to being reorganized under pressure into a trade union, allied itself with the Native Bankers Association and bankers associations in Beiping, Tianjin and Hankou and actively lobbied among various organizations and departments, demanding the national government enact separate rules and regulations for the associations of bankers and native bankers. However, under strong pressure, it finally set up a legal trade union and reorganized the former association into the Bankers Society, winning the approval of financial circles and the Guomindang authorities. The Trade Union of Bankers of Shanghai largely inherited the organizational system, all the member banks and the social status of the former Shanghai Bankers Association. The disturbances over the reorganization of the Shanghai Bankers Association had only superficial and indirect impact on finance in Shanghai.
