复方地龙胶囊治疗脑卒中的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察复方地龙胶囊治疗脑卒中的临床疗效。方法 :采用随机对照试验 ,共观察病人 40 0例 ,其中复方地龙胶囊治疗组 3 0 0例 ,消栓口服液对照组 10 0例 ,两组均治疗3 0d。结果 :复方地龙胶囊治疗组愈显率 71.0 0 % ,总有效率 93 .67% ;消栓口服液对照组愈显率 40 .0 0 % ,总有效率80 .0 0 % ,两组比较有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :复方地龙胶囊具有化瘀通络、益气活血的功效 ,用于治疗脑卒中能明显地改善患者的临床症状、体征 ,降低血浆比黏度、红细胞比容、纤维蛋白原 ,并能调节脂代谢紊乱 ,改善病人高血压状态 ,是治疗脑卒中的有效药物。Objective:To observe clinical curative effect of compound Earth Worm capsule to cerebral apoplexy.Methods:Random contrast experiment was adopted to observe 400 patients.Treatment group of compound Earth Worm capsule was 300 cases and contrast group of Xiao Shuan oral liquid was 100 cases.Time of treatment of two group was 30 days all.Results:Apparent rate of compound Earth Worm capsule group was 71.00% and total effective rate was 93.67%. Apparent rate of Xiao Shuan oral liquid group was 40.00% and total effective rate was 80.00%.Conclusion:Compound Earth Worm capsule had effect of absorbing clots and activating cannals,supplementing qi and activating blood cirulation.It could evidently better patients' clinical symptom,physical sign and lower viscosity of blood plasma,pressure-volume of RBC,fibrous proteinogen.It could adjust confusion of lipid metabolism,better state of hypertension.It was a effective medicine to cerebral apoplexy.
