摘　　要：本文综述了有关硫芥损伤的防治药物如钙离子通道阻滞剂、多 (ADP-核糖 )聚合酶抑制剂、精氨酸结构类似物、谷胱甘肽、半胱氨酸及其酯类等的可能防护机制 ,展望了这几种药物的发展前景。认为硫芥损伤是多因素、多途径的 。This review summarizes the recent development of cellular and molecular mechanisms of sulfur mustard (SM) induced lesions, the drugs for protection including Ca 2+ channel blockers, inhibitors of poly (ADP ribose) polymerase, arginine analogues, glutathione, cysteine and its esters. Their mechanisms of actions were discussed. The lesions caused by SM are through many elements and paths, so the protection against it should be achieved by complex measures.
