摘  要:目的 通过测定鼠全血、组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(简称GSH-Px)活力,并利用病区外环境条件,进行动物模拟实验,寻找地方病发病病因。方法 DTNB直接法测定血和组织中GSH-Px活力。结果 模拟动物试验,发现病区外环境缺硒或高氟水,均可致动物机体GSH-Px活性下降。结论 动物机体在一定范围内的硒含量与GSH-Px活性呈正相关,改善外环境因素,使机体抗氧化能力增强,有助于克山病病因的探讨。Objective By determining CSH - Px livingness of the rat whole blood and tissue, and make use of the illness section outer conditions, put up the animals simulation test, look for endemic disease pathogeny. Methods GSH - Px livingness is determined by DTNB direct way in blood and tissue. Results By the simulation animal test, discovering GSH - Px activity of animal economy descent can be caused because of lacking selenium or high fluoride water in the illness section outer conditions. Conclusions The selenium content of the animals economy over a limited range assume positive correlation to GSH - Px activity, By improving the factors of outer condition, the antioxidation ability can be increased. This is helpful to the study of Ke-shan disease pathogeny.
