摘　　要：目的 :观察紫外线照射充氧自血回输对心绞痛患者心电图Q -T离散度 (QTdispersionQTd)的影响。方法 :1 1 0例QTd(QTcd) >5 0ms的心绞痛患者分为A ,B两组 ,A组接受UBIO加传统药物治疗 ,B组接受传统药物治疗。观察两组治疗前后临床症状改善情况及QTcd的变化。结果 :接受紫外线照射充氧自血回输治疗的A组 ,临床症状改善显著 ,QTcd与B组比较明显减少 (t=2 .6 3P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :紫外线照射充氧自血回输治疗心绞痛疗效确切 ,能有效降低心绞痛患者QTd ,使心室肌复极趋向一致 ,从而减少室性心律失常的发生 。Objective:To observe the effect of ultraviolet blood irradiation and oxygenation (UBIO) on QT dispersion(QTd) in patients with angian pectrois. Methods:110 patients with angian pectrois which QTd> 50ms were divided into two groups:group A (treated with traditional drug and UBIO)and group B(treated with traditional drug only).In two groups the QTd and the clinical symptom were obeserved. Result:It showed that QTd in patients of group A was more decreased than that of group B(P<0.001). Conclusion:The study indicates that the UBIO could effectively decrease the QTd of angian pectrois patients, and the ventricular arrhythmia would be decreased.
