摘　　要：目的 :总结精索扭转的诊治经验。方法 :回顾性分析 2 1例精索扭转的临床诊治资料。结果 :1例手法复位成功 ,5例行睾丸复位固定术 ,1 5例行坏死睾丸切除术。结论 :彩色多普勒超声成像是诊断精索扭转的可靠方法 。Purpuse:To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of testicular torsion. Methods: The clinical data of 21 cases of testicular torsion were reviewed and reported . Results:In these 21 cases,1 patient was successfully treated with manual reduction, 5 testicles were salvaged by reduction of torsion and orchiopexy ,15 necrotic testicles were resected through orchiectomy . Conclusions: Color Doppler sonography is a reliable method for diagnosis of testicular torsion in time .Operation in earlier period is the key point to increase testicular survival rate.
