摘　　要：通过行为学检测及光、电镜观察,观测脑健冲剂对D-半乳糖致衰老基础上β-淀粉样蛋白颅内注射所致AD大鼠的记忆功能改变及海马区线粒体结构的影响。实验证明脑健冲剂能改善AD大鼠的记忆功能及线粒体损伤程度。By behavior science testing and h'ght and electro microscope observing, we observed the Naojian Cranule cause the AD mouse' s memory function changing by sinus β - starch style protein injection. On the basis of D - half lactose causing old, and the effect of hippocampal area mitochondpial stpucture. The experiment proved that Nao jian cranule could improve AD mouse's memory function and the demage of mitochondria.
