摘  要:目的是观察抗癌1号对S_(180)荷瘤鼠的抑癌机制。方法将S_(180)小鼠分为实体瘤组和腹水瘤组,各组再随机分为4小组,分别为空白对照组、模型对照组、治疗组和预防给药组,用抗癌1号灌胃,观察抗癌1号对S_(180)荷瘤鼠血液中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的影响。结果抗癌1号有增加荷瘤鼠血液中SOD活力、降低LPO含量和降低LDH活性的作用。结论抗癌1号可能是通过清除体内自由基和改善糖代谢来延长荷瘤鼠生存时间。Objective To study the effwct of NO.1 andticancer on the cancerstatic in S180 mouse. Methods S180 mouse modwls were es-tablished successfully with injecting S180 tumor fluid into abdominal cavity and axillary fossa differently, then formed solid tumor group and liquid tumor group. Above two groups were again divided into four groups differently, they are normal control group.Model contyol group.Theraputic group and preventive group.On the theraputic group and preventive group, NO.l anticancer was given by mouth.Blood level of superoxide dismu-tase (SOD), lipid peroxidants (IPO) and lactic dehydrogenase (IDH) of all mouses were determined. Results There were significant difference between the treated groups and the control groups.The levels of SOD of all treated mouses were higher than those of the model mouses, and LPO. LDH obviously lower than those of the model group. Concluscoin NO. 1 anticancer can scavenging free radicals of the body and ameliorate glycometabolism. In that case, this medicine has effect on prolongation surival period in mouse of loading tumor.
