消炎利胆片中穿心莲内酯类和苦木碱类的RP-HPLC法测定

摘　　要：目的 :建立消炎利胆片 (穿心莲 ,苦木 ,溪黄草 )中穿心莲内酯、脱水穿心莲内酯 ,3 -甲基 -铁屎米 - 2 ,6-二酮、苦木碱乙、苦木碱丁的含量测定方法。方法 :应用RP HPLC法测定 ,通过中性氧化铝纯化样品 ,选用HPHypersilODSC18色谱柱 ,流动相为乙腈 - 0 .2 %氨水溶液 ( 2 2∶78) ;流速 :2mL·min-1;检测波长 2 5 4nm ,测定了消炎利胆片中穿心莲内酯、脱水穿心莲内酯和苦木碱乙、丁和 3 -甲基 -铁屎米 - 2 ,6-二酮的含量。结果 :线性关系良好 ,加样回收率为 95 .3 %～10 1.0 % ,RSD为 1.7%～ 4.8%。结论 :方法简便准确 。Objective: To establish the determination of andrographolides, deoxyandrographolide, 3-methyl-canthin-2,6-dione, 1-car-bomethoxy-β-carbolme, 4,5-dimethoxycanthin-6-one in Xiaoyanlidan Tablets(Herba Andrographis, Ramulus et Folium Picrasmae, etc.). Methods: The RP-HPLC was carried out on HP Hypersil ODS column using acetonitrile-0.2% NH 3(22∶78) as a mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 254nm. The flow rate was 2mL·min -1. The column temperature was at 30℃. Results: The andrographolides and the alkaloids calibration curves were good linear(r=0.99994～0.99997). The average recoveries of the andrographolides and the alkaloids were 95.3%～101.0% and RSD were 1.7%～4.8%, respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple, reliable and provides a reference standard for the quality control of Xiaoyanlidan Tablets.
