蛤蚧补肾丸(胶囊)补肾壮阳作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究蛤蚧补肾丸(胶囊)的补肾壮阳作用。方法 :采用去势大鼠制作肾虚模型 ,观察蛤蚧补肾丸(胶囊)补肾壮阳作用 ;观察蛤蚧补肾丸(胶囊)对氢化可的松诱发阳虚小鼠的保护作用及对大鼠交配能力的影响。结果 :蛤蚧补肾丸(胶囊)可提高肾虚(去势大鼠)包皮腺的脏器指数 ,并可延长肾虚大鼠阴茎勃起的持续时间 ;蛤蚧补肾丸(胶囊)对正常大鼠的交配能力有一定的提高作用 ,对正常大鼠提肛肌的脏器指数有明显的提高作用,同时使血清睾丸酮的水平也比正常对照组提高17.99 % -45.92% ,并对于氢化可的松造成小鼠阳虚症状表现体温、自主活动和耐寒能力的下降以及生殖器官精囊腺 +前列腺、提肛肌、包皮腺的脏器指数的下降 ,均有一定的保护作用。结论 :蛤蚧补肾丸(胶囊)具有补肾壮阳作用。Objective:To study the the pharmacological activities of tonifying the kidney and Yang in Gejie Bushen Pill(Capsule)Methods:The models of kidney deficiency were made by castration of the rats,and the Pill's function of toniˉfying the kidney and Yang were observed.Through the mice with Yang deficiency induced by hydrocortisone,the Pill's protective functions and the copulation capability of the rats were observed.Results:The experimental study showed that Gejie Bushen Pill(Capsule)could increase the organ relative weight of praeputial gland,and elongate the times and duration of penis erection induced by electric stimulation in castrated rats.In addition,it could increase the serum testosterone level by17.99%-45.92%,increase the organ relative weight of Levator anal muscle,and promote sexual performance in normal male rats.The results also suggested that Gejie Bushen Pill(Capsule)could improve symptoms of insufficiency of Yang inˉduced by hydrocortisone in mice,such as raising the number of paleocinetic movement,preventing the reproductive organ weight land the body temperature decreasing,enhancing the cold-resistant ability.Conclusions:Gejie Bushen Pill(Capsule)is a drug with the function of tonifying the kidney and Yang.
