摘　　要：分析中国电信市场日益呈现出的超竞争环境特点 ,根据体现演化博弈的行业动力学结构模型、基于数据挖掘的 DSS决策为思路 ,设计电信市场超竞争环境信息扫描系统模型的原型 ,并结合 XA电信公司环境信息分析的案例进行应用 ,其体现有关因子的排序及关键驱动变量识别的扫描输出结果 ,对XA电信分公司战略的制定能够起到有效的支持作用。This paper analyses the characteristics of China Telecom market structure under the super-competitive environment. Based on the Evolutional Game theory,Data Mining and DSS theories,the model of Industrial Dynamics and the model of environmental information scanning system are put forward. The application of the environmental information scanning system is used in XA Telecom market. The important results can be get such as the degree of the importance of some cross impact info factors, the chief driving-factors in importance order etc. The results provide a strong support for high decision-making of XA Telecom market.
