摘　　要：环境保护和可持续发展是公路今后发展的一个方向。泡沫沥青和混合料的研究与应用无论是对环保 ,还是对改善冷再生路面使用性能 ,都很有价值。回顾了泡沫沥青的发展历史 ,总结了其优缺点 ,详细地介绍了国外泡沫沥青及混合料的研究情况 ,分析了现阶段存在的问题 。Environment protection and sustainable development are important issues in the road development. Research and application of foamed bitumen and foamed mixture is very valuable not only for environment protection but also for improving the performance of cold-recycled pavement. An introduction to the development of foamed bitumen as well as a detailed review of the research on it is given. At last, the prospect of foamed bitumen application was stated.
