超声诊断急性胰腺炎患者急性液体积聚的价值

摘　　要：目的　评价超声检测急性胰腺炎患者急性液体积聚 (AcuteFluidCollection ,AFC)价值。方法　急性胰腺炎患者 2 75例均进行胰腺及胰腺周围的超声和CT平扫 +加强扫描。超声检查重点观察胰腺及胰腺周围各间隙及双侧胸腔有无液体积聚。结果　本组急性胰腺炎患者急性液体积聚的CT扫描检出率为 4 0 .7% ,超声的总检出率为36 .0 % ,超声诊断急性液体积聚的敏感性、特异性与准确性分别为 88.4 %、94 .5 %和 92 .2 %。结论　与CT扫描的结果比较 。Objective To assess the diagnostic value of ultrasound in detecting acute fluid collection(AFC)in patients with pancreatitis.Methods Two hundred and seventy five patients with acute pancreatitis accepted both CT scans and ultrasound examination.Results The total positive rates of CT scans and ultrasound examination in detecting AFC were 40.7% and 36.0%,respectively.The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy for ultrasound examination were 88.5%,94.5%,and 92.2% respectively.Conclusion The outcome of ultrasound examination of AFC detecting in patients with pancreatitis are well concorded with that of CT scans.
