摘  要:用熔融冷却法制备均匀的(1-x)As_2S_3-CdI_2(x=0.015,0.035,0.05)二元体系玻璃,并进行了XRD,DSC&TG综合热分析及激光拉曼光谱分析。随着x的增加,玻璃转变温度略有下降。推测其结构为:离散的Asl_3和Cd-S原子簇均匀地弥散于由硫桥连接的[AsS_(3/2)]单元构成的玻璃网络中。The homogeneous glass samples for the (1 - x) As_2S_3 - CdI_2 where x = 0.015, 0.035, 0.05 were prepared by conventional melt -quenched method. X - ray diffraction, thermal comprehensive analysis and Raman scattering measurements on amorphous (1 - x) As2S3 - xCdl2 alloys have heen carried out. The glass transition teniperature(Tg)decreases a hit with the addition of Cdl2. Based on the experimental data, the microstructurc is considered to he that the discrete molecule species of AsI3 and Cd - S atomic honds or clusters are homogeneously dispersed in a disordered polymer network formed by AsS3 pyramids interconnected by sulfur bridges.
