摘  要:本试验以耐低锌能力不同的6个水稻基因型为材料,采用双列杂交,在不同锌离子活度下研究了水稻锌高效营养的遗传特性。结果表明,水稻秧苗含锌量和单位锌营养效率虽然存在不同程度的遗传变异,但主要受基因型与环境互作效应的影响,显性与环境互作效应方差在总方差中占57.50%~68.35%,加性与环境互作效应方差在总方差中占10.49%~24.44%。水稻的耐低锌能力与干物质分配(冠/根比)、锌运输能力和锌利用效率有关,它们主要受基因的显性效应控制,其次受基因的加性效应控制。The hereditary characteristic of rice(\%Oryza sativa \%L.)Znefficient nutrition was studied by using a dilled cross with six different rice genotypes of tolerant to low Zn2+ activity at different Zn2+ activities. It was revealed that, there were different degree hereditary and variation in zinc content and zinc nutrient efficiency of rice seedling, but these traits were mainly affected by interaction effect of gene and environment. The interaction variance of dominant and environment effect was 57.50%-68.35% of total variance. The interaction variance of additive and environment effect was 10.49%-24.44% of total variance. The ability of rice tolerant to low Zn2+ activity was related with dry matter distribution (shoots/roots), zinc transport efficient (from root to shoot) and zinc utilization efficiency of rice. These traits were mainly controlled by dominant effect of gene, secondly by additive effect of gene.
