摘　　要：随着高校招生规模的不断扩大,高等教育正在由"精英教育"向"大众化教育"转变,学生就业难的问题越来越突出,尤其是农林院校的农林专业,它将成为制约高校进一步发展的瓶颈。本文论述大学生解放思想,适应大众化教育发展的需要,树立大众化的就业观念。Higher education is transforming form 'talented education' to 'popular education' along with its continuous extension of entrance register scale. And the problem of difficulty to obtain occupation is more outstanding, especially at some fields such as agronomy and forestry in agriculture and forestry universities or colleges. It would be a bottleneck to restrict the development of higher education. How to release mentality, come up with era, and adapt to the need of popular education as well as build up a popular concept on occupation for college students were discussed in the article.
