摘　　要：采用多种分析手段首次从我国南海海绵 Faciospongia rimosa中分得 7个化合物,并应用多种现代光谱技术,结合文献对照,确定其中5个化合物的结构分别为:3R,3’R-二羟基-β-胡罗卜素(Ⅰ)、鲨烯(Ⅱ),3-羰基胆甾酮(Ⅲ)、苯乙氨(Ⅳ)、盐酸色胺(Ⅴ)。Seven organic compounds were isolated from the marine sponge Faciaspongia rimo-sa collected from the South China Sea by means of many kinds of separation methods. Five compounds' chemical structures were identified through many kinds of modern spectral technique a β, β-carotenoids-3R, 3 ' R-diol( I ), squalene( Ⅱ ), 3-cholestanone( Ⅲ ) , phenethyl-amine(Ⅳ), tryptamine( V ), respectively. This is the first report about the chemical constitutes of marine sponge Faciospongia rimosa from the South China Sea.
