摘　　要：目的探讨胃福胶囊的急性和慢性毒性。方法 应用小鼠和大鼠灌胃给药法进行胃福胶囊的急、慢性毒性实验，观察其一般情况、主要脏器组织病理学改变和大鼠WBC及有关生化指标的变化。结果 实验结果小鼠未见急性毒性表现；在大鼠慢性毒性实验中，WBC及生化指标实验组与对照组比较无明显的差异。结论 胃福胶囊未见明显的急、慢性毒性作用。Objective To research the acute and chronic toxicity of Weifu capsule.Methods The acute and chronic toxicity experiment of Weifu capsule was done through stomach perfusion in mice and rats for observation of their general state,pathological change in the tissnes of main organs and change in rat WBC and some biological indexes.Results The experiment showed us that there was no toxicity expression in mice while there was no significant difference in WBC and biological indexes between the experimental gro...
