摘　　要：目的 探讨地尔硫Zhuo-乙基化β—环糊精包合物的体外释放度。方法 采用研磨法制备地尔硫Zhuo—乙基化β—环糊精包合物，以紫外法测定其含量；释放度测定采用《中华人民共和国药典》2000版二部释放度测定法中的第3法。结果 地尔硫Zhuo(DIL)在包合物中的含量为(24．0±0．9)％；包合物溶解度为12．72mg/ml；原药2min时释放90％以上，而包合物在15min时释放才达到90％。结论 以乙基化β—环糊精为载体制成的DIL包合物具有较好的缓释作用。Objective To research the external release rate of inclusion compound of Diltiazem ethylatedβ cyclodextrins.Methods The inclusion compound of Diltiazem ethylatedβ cyclodextrins was prepared by trituration and the content was determined by UV.The release rate determination was done according to the 3rd method in volume 2 of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2000).Results The content of DIL in the inclusion compound was 24.0 %±0.9% while the solubility of inclusion compound was 12.72 mg/ml;more than 90 % was r...
