早籼型水稻温敏核不育系M103S的选育与光温反应特性

摘　　要：以温敏核不育水稻安农S 1为母本 ,以常规高产早籼稻品系 92 15 3为父本进行杂交 ,通过低温选择和人工气候箱鉴定 ,育成了育性转换临界温度 2 3～ 2 4℃的早籼型温敏核不育系M 10 3S。光周期长于 12 .5h ,日平均温度高于 2 4℃ ,可以用于制种 ,日平均温度低于 2 3℃ ,可以用于繁殖。光周期长于 13.5h ,日平均温度高于 2 3℃ ,可以用于制种。自然条件下不育起点温度为日均温 2 3～ 2 4℃ ,耐低温期为 3～ 4d。敏感期为抽穗前的 7～ 14d。播始历期为 5 3～ 79d ,主茎叶片数 10 .0～ 12 .6片。从播种到始穗的活动积温和有效积温 ,分别为14 93.8～ 176 6 .3℃和 733.4～ 10 5 8.3℃。不育期的株高 6 3.6～ 77.5cm ,平均 72 .0cm ,单株有效穗 6 .4～ 12 .0个 ,平均 9.3个 ,穗长 2 0 .9～ 2 2 .7cm ,平均 2 1.2cm ,每穗颖花数 112 .1～ 137.3朵 ,平均 12 2 .3朵。可育期株高 6 5 .7cm ,单株有效穗 7.2个 ,穗长 17.2cm ,每穗总粒数 114 .1粒 ,结实率 4 7.2 3% ,千粒重 31.34g。以M10 3S为母本 ,与 10 0多个早籼品种进行测配 ,杂种表现生育期早、穗大、粒多、千粒重高。An early indica thermo-sensitive genic male sterile(TGMS) line, M103S, with a critical temperature point of fertility alteration at 23～24 ℃, was developed by crossing An-nong S-1 with high yielding early indica breeding line 92153, selectied under low temperature and identified in phytotrons. When the photoperiod is longer than 12.5 h, M103S can be used as female parent for seed production when the daily mean temperature is under 24 ℃ of, and for multiplication under 23 ℃. When the photoperiod is longer than 13.5 h, it can be used as female parent for seed production under 23 ℃. The critical temperature point of fertility alteration is 23～24 ℃ under natural conditions and its bearing low temperature period is 3～4 days. The responding period is ranged from 7 to 14 days before heading. The growth duration from sowing to heading is 53～79 days. There are 10.0～12.6 leaves on main stem. The active and effective accumulated temperatures from sowing to heading are 1 493.8～1 766.3 ℃ and 733.4～1 058.3 ℃ respectively. The plant heights range from 63.6 cm to 77.5 cm, 6.4 to 12.0 panicles per plant, 20.9 to 22.7 cm in panicle length, and 112.1 to 137.3 spikelets per panicle in sterile phase,while the plant height is 65.7 cm, 7.2 panicles per plant, 17.2 cm in panicle length, 114.1 grains per panicle, 47.23% of full grains and 31.34 g of 1 000-grain weight in fertile phase. M103S have been crossed with more than 100 normal inbred lines. The hybrids are heading early and have larger panicles, more spikelets and higher 1000-grain weight, compared with the male parents and the control varieties.
