摘  要:将枯草芽胞杆菌 (Bacillussubtilis)制剂施放于斑节对虾 (Penaeusmonodon)饲养池 ,利用血清学鉴定和TCBS培养基平板计数 ,分别监测养殖池水中B .subtilis和弧菌 (Vibrio)的消长情况 ,并定期测定养殖水体的pH值、总碱度、COD值和亚硝酸盐、H2 S浓度等水化学指标 ,研究了B .subtilis制剂对斑节对虾饲养池水水质的净化作用。结果表明 ,在饲养池中添加B .subtilis制剂后 ,池水的COD值、亚硝酸盐、H2 S浓度比对照池有显著降低 ,而总碱度显著上升 ,pH值维持在 8.0 2~ 8.6 0之间 ,表明B .subtilis制剂对净化斑节对虾饲养池水水质和调节养殖水体微生态结构稳定具有明显的作用。Bacillus subtilis was applied in Penaeus monodon mariculture pond. In order to study the role of Bacillus subtilis in purifying Penaeus monodon mariculture water, the fluctuation of Bacillus subtilis and vibrios was monitored by serological identification and the TCBS medium. Chemical data of water quality was detected regularly including pH value, ALK, COD, NO 2 - and H 2S content. The results show that when Bacillus subtilis was applied in experimental pond water, the COD value and NO 2 -and H 2S content decreased ,ALK increased significantly and pH value maintained 8.02~8.60, compared to those in control pond water. Therefore, Bacillus subtilis is able to purify the water and regulate the micro-ecosystem in mariculture pond.
