琥珀酸酯磺酸盐在高浓度分散松香胶制备中的应用

摘　　要：采用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 (AEO)和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚 (Tx)系列琥珀酸酯磺酸盐作乳化剂 ,制备高浓度分散松香胶。测定了乳化剂的乳化性能 ,筛选了乳化剂的用量和配比。结果表明 :环氧乙烷加成数为 9～ 1 5的AEO和环氧乙烷加成数为 1 2～ 1 5的Tx系列琥珀酸酯磺酸盐乳化性能优良 ,且Tx系列泡沫量较少 ,原料成本较低 ,可作为分散松香胶的优良乳化剂 ;当乳化剂质量分数为松香混合物的 8%～ 1 0 %时 ,可制得固形物质量分数 50 %左右 ,稳定期大于 6个月 。In the preparation of high density dispersion rosin size of high solid content, alcohol ether and phenolic ether sulfosuccinates(AE O and Tx) are used as emulsifier. The emusibility is determined and blending r atio of emusifier is screened. The results show that, AEO(9～15EO) and Tx(12～ 15EO) sulfosuccinate series have superior emusibility and Tx has less foaming and lower cost.They can all be used as superior emusifier in the production of d ispersion rosin size. When the quantity of emulsifier used is 8%～10% of the ro sin mix,the ω (solid)≈50% and the stability period over six months. All mee ts the requirement of quality standard of rosin size of high density.
