摘　　要：网络技术正在不断改变着图书馆的服务方式 ,为高校图书馆充分发挥保存人类文化遗产、进行文献信息传播、开发文化教育功能提供了物质、技术基础 ,并拓展了图书馆进行网络文献信息整合。The present paper discusses the influence of the tertial institutions such as constantly changing the serving modes of the libraries and increasing some new functions in the service of the teachers and students.
