摘　　要：本文讨论并评价了一些评价业绩的方法,进而提出主成分分析法,解释其定义及基本思路。借助统计分析软件运用主成分分析方法对我国四大国有商业银行的经营效益、业绩进行综合评价,并从静态和动态两方面论证方法的正确性。Discuss and appraise some methods of appraisal achievement, and then put forward the principal components analysis, explain its definition and basic train of thought. Use the principal component analysis to appraise the management benefit and achievement of four major state - run commercial banks of our country synthetically through the statistical analysis software, then prove the exactness of the method from two respects of static behavior and trends.
