摘  要:就丙烯腈产生的高浓度有机氰废水难以生化处理的现状,采用精馏法和Ca^(2+)~汽提法对其可生化性进行调控,通过对调控前后废水的水质、毒性和生化性能的对比分析,结果表明,处理后废水的可生化性得到明显改善。这两种针对高浓度有机氰废水研究开发的糖馏法、Ca^(2+)~汽提法可生化性调控工艺对改善废水的生化性能是切实可行的。Because of the difficulty to treat the high concentration organic cyanide wastewater from acry-lonitrile production, a fractional distillation and calcium ion steam stripping method to adjust and control the biochemical performance were introduced. Through the parallel analysis of water quality, toxicity and biochemical performance, the result showed that the biochemical performance of the treated wastewater was obviously improved and thus, the fractional distillation and calcium ion steam stripping method for adjustment and control biochemical performance were feasible.
