分光光度法测定复方芦荟醇溶液中替硝唑和氯霉素的含量

摘　　要：目的　对复方芦荟醇溶液的制备及替硝唑和氯霉素含量测定进行研究。方法 　选择替硝唑和氯霉素组方 ,采用差示 -单波长分光光度法 ,在 2 77nm和 3 19nm波长处检测。结果 　平均回收率分别在 99.2 9% ( RSD=0 .3 2 % )和 99.48% ( RSD=0 .46% )。结论 　检测方法简便 ,结果准确 。OBJECTIVE To research the liquor Aloin alcoholis compositum and the determations of Tinidazole and Chlormphemicol.METHODS It used differential simple wavelength spetrophotometry at 277nm and 319nm for the liquor Aloin alcoholis compositum.RESULTS The recoveries and RSD of rifampicin and isoniazid were 99 29%,99 48% and 0 32%,0 46% respectively.CONCLUSION The method was simple and accurate.
