摘　　要：目的　采用高效液相色谱法测定依诺沙星片的含量。 方法 　采用 ZORBAX SB-C1 8柱 ( 4 .6mm× 2 5 0 mm,5μm) ;流动相为 0 .0 5 mol· L- 1枸橼酸 -乙腈 ( 82∶ 18)用三乙胺调节 p H值至 3 .5± 0 .1;流速 1.0 ml· min- 1 ,检测波长 2 66nm。结果 　依诺沙星进样量在 0 .0 2～ 0 .14μg之间呈良好线性 ( r=0 .9994) ,平均回收率为 97.3 % ,RSD为 1.8%。 结论 　本法简便、快捷 ,结果准确 ,重现性好 。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of Enoxacin Tablets by HPLC.METHODS The analytical column was ZORBAX SB C 18 (4 6mm×250mm,5μm);the mobile phase was consist of the 0 05mol·L -1 citric acid acetonitrile (82∶18)used triethylamine adjust the solution pH3 5±0 1;the flow rate was 1 0ml·min -1 ;the detection wavelength was at 266nm.RESULTS The calibration curve was good liner relationship in the range of 0 02～0 14μg(r=0 9994),The average recovery was 97 3%,RSD was 1 8%(n=9).CONCLUSION The method is simple and rapid,accurate and good reproducibleand can be used for the drug control.
