减张切口预防痔术后肛门水肿的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察减张切口对痔术后肛门水肿的影响。方法 :在痔手术中运用“V”形、远端延长及两侧平行三种减张切口治疗 10 0例 ,对照组 10 0例术中不加用减张切口 ,比较 2组术后肛门水肿情况。结果 :治疗组术后肛门水肿例数少于对照组 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论Objective:To observe the effect of anal edema with reducing tension of incision after surgical operations of hemorrhoid.Methods:Reducing tension of incision was applied in the treatment of hemorrhoids in 100 cases. To observe the anal edema after operation and compare it with that of the 100 controls.Results:Anal edema in the experimental group were less than that in the controlled group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0 01).Conclusion:Reducing tension of incision can prevent and alleviate anal edema after surgical operations of hemorrhoid.
