摘  要:以悬液定量杀菌试验观察了稳定性二氧化氯溶液杀灭微生物效果、影响因素、腐蚀性和稳定性。结果,以含二氧化氯2000mg/L溶液,作用10min可将HBsAg抗原性完全破坏;以含二氧化氯200mg/L溶液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用10min,或以15mg/L溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌作用3min,对大肠杆菌作用5min,杀灭率均达100%。该消毒剂杀菌效果随二氧化氯浓度增加、作用时间延长而增加,随有机物浓度增加而减弱;该溶液对试验金属有轻度至重度腐蚀;将二元包装未经活化的消毒液存放54℃下14d,二氧化氯含量下降率1.67%。使用该消毒液对医院污水进行消毒后,卫生指标均达到了相应的卫生标准要求。The stable chlorine dioxide solution used in the test was prepared by mixing sodium chlorite, hydrochloric acid and sodium hypochlorite in the chlorine dioxide generator and its germicidal efficacy, influencing factors, corrosiveness and stability were observed using suspension quantitative germicidal test. The results showed that its solution containing chlorine dioxide 2 000 mg/ L with a 10 minute contact time could destroy completely the HBsAg antigenicity. The killing rate of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger exposed to the solution containing chlorine dioxide 200 mg/ L for 10 min or Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli exposed to its solution containing chlorine dioxide 15 mg/ L for 3 min and 5 min respectively attained 100%. Its germicidal efficacy increased with increasing chlorine dioxide concentration and prolonging exposure time and decreased with increasing concentration of organic substances. Its solution was sligtly to heavily corrosive to the test metals. The chlorine dioxide content of it in binary packing decreased by 1.67% after storing at 54癈 for 14 days. After the hospital polluted water was disinfected by this disinfectant solution, the sanitary target reached the corresponding sanitary standard.
