固体稳定性二氧化氯消毒剂杀菌效果与腐蚀性的试验观察

摘　　要：为了解一种一元化包装固体稳定性二氧化氯消毒剂杀菌效果与腐蚀性,进行了载体定量杀菌试验与金属腐蚀性试验。结果,以含二氧化氯400mg/L的该消毒剂溶液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用10min,含二氧化氯75mg/L的该溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌作用6min,平均杀灭率均为100％。含二氧化氯2000mg/L的该消毒剂溶液对乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)作用16min,可以将其抗原性破坏。该样品经37℃存放三个月,有效成分平均下降率为4.532％。含二氧化氯1000mg/L的该溶液对不锈钢有中度腐蚀,对碳钢、铜、铝有重度腐蚀。In order to know the germicidal efficacy and corrosiveness of a unitary packed solid stable chlorine dioxide disinfectant, carrier quantitative germicidal test and metal corrosion test were carried out. The results showed that the average killing rates of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger on cloth strips exposed to the solution containing chlorine dioxide 400 mg/ L for 10 min, Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli on cloth strips exposed to the solution containing chlorine dioxide 75 mg / L for 6 min were 100%. The solution containing chlorine dioxide 2 000 mg/ L with a 16 min contact time could destory HBsAg antigenicity on stainless steel. After storing at 37 ℃ for 3 months, the chlorine dioxide content of this disinfectant decreased by 4.532% in average. The solution containing chlorine dioxide 1 000 mg/ L had moderately corrosive effect on stainless steel and heavy corrosive effect on carbon steel, copper and aluminum.
