老年人高尿酸血症与伴发疾病分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨高尿酸血症与老年性疾病的关系。方法 :将 2 82例男性老年性疾病患者的血尿酸等多项指标与 5 4例男性健康对照者对比分析。结果 :男性老年性疾病患者的高尿酸血症发生率显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 0 1) ,高血压、冠心病、脑梗塞、糖尿病及肾功能受损者血尿酸水平明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :高尿酸血症是代谢紊乱、心脑血管疾病、糖尿病等老年性疾病不容忽视的因素之一。Objective: To analyze the relationship between hyperuricemia (HUA) and some senile diseases. Methods: The serum uric acid (SUA) and many indexes in 336 cases including 282 elderly patients and 54 normal aged people were analyzed. Results: The rate of HUA among the elderly patients was significantly higher than that of control. The SUA level of the patients with hypertension, coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction, diabetes or the increase of serum creatinine were higher than that of control (P<0 01). Conclusion: HUA is one of the important concomitant symptom of metabolic disturbance, cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease and diabetes etc in elderly people.
