大型电站锅炉膨胀中心的研究

摘　　要：大型电站锅炉管道的应力分析,必须设有膨胀中心。锅炉的自然热膨胀中心是随着工况的变化而变化的。为了进行比较精确的热膨胀位移计算,以便进行系统的应力分析和密封设计,需要有一个在各种工况下都保持不变的膨胀中心,作为热膨胀位移计算的零点。介绍了大型电站锅炉膨胀中心的位置选择、导向装置的结构及导向载荷。For the stress analysis of large-scale utility boiler pipeline, expansion center must be adopted. The natural heat expansion center of boiler will change with the change of operation condition. For calculating the heat expansion displacement quite accurately, and then to process systematic stress analysis and seal design, so there must be a expansion center which keep fixed in any operation condition, as the zero point of calculation of heat expansion displacement. This paper introduces the selection of location, the structure of guiding device and guiding load.
