摘　　要：以聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、石油馏分油、促凝剂、滑石粉、水为原料,制备了一种环保型双组分聚氨酯建筑密封膏。讨论了聚氨酯密封膏性能的影响因素,以及其在建筑业和相关行业工程上应用带来的环保价值及对生态环境净化的贡献。A innocuous two-component polyurethane sealant was prepared from polyether polyol, toluene isocyanate, petroleum fraction oil, coagulation accelerator, talcum powder and water. The affecting factors on performances of the seal paste were discussed. The seal paste is beneficial to the architecture and related industry.
