摘  要:采用苛化技术对乙烯生产中的废碱液进行了再生研究,考察了影响再生效果的各种条件因素。当苛化反应温度大于80℃、反应时间超过2h、n(CaO)/n(Na2CO3)=1 1/1时,Na2CO3的转化率可在90%以上,并且再生碱液的物理性质以及再生碱液对CO2吸收速率与新鲜碱液基本相同。Causticization was adopted to regenerate spent caustic of ethylene plant Various conditions which affect regeneration efficiency, such as reaction temperature, reaction time, and stoichiometric ratio of CaO and Na2CO3, were investigated When temperature of causticization was higher than 80 ℃, reaction time over 120 min, and stoichiometric ratio 11/1, causticizing conversion was above 90% Regenerated caustic had approximately the same physical properties and adsorption rate of CO2 as fresh caustic
