摘  要:利用GENETOOL、TREECON软件包,对克隆的家蚕病原性微孢子虫Endoreticulatus bombycis的SSUrRNA(small subunit ribosomal RNA)序列和 GenBank中已登录的其他微孢子虫SSUrRNA序列进行了进化分析,构建了微孢子虫的进化树。该进化树显示:微孢子虫门分为4大类群,除第一、第二类群由双单倍期纲(Class Dihaplophasea cl.n.Sprague,1992)构成之外,其它2个类群均由双单倍期纲和单倍期纲(Class Haplophase cl.n.Sprague,1992.)构成;双单倍期纲分布在4个类群中,显示了微孢子虫发育呈现多系性;在真核生物中,缺乏线粒体营独立生活的双滴虫(Diplomonadida)首先从原核生物中分离出来,接着是毛滴虫(Trichomonadida),然后是微孢子虫和真菌(Fungi),显示出了微孢子虫与真菌有较近的亲缘关系;微孢子虫的4大类群中,双单倍期纲中离异双倍期目(Dissociodihaplophasida)起源最早;单倍期纲中格留目(Glugeida)进化程度最高。家蚕病原性微孢子虫Endoreticulatus bombycis位于第三类群中,处于相对较高的进化位置。The evolution tree of Microspora was constructed by software of Gene Tool and Treecon. It showed that microspora was composed of four groups: the first group and second group were constituted by Class Dihaplophasea cl. n.; the others were composed of Class Dihaplophasea cl. n. and Class Dihaplophasea cl. n.; the Class Dihaplophasea cl. n.distributed in four groups; phylogeny of Microspora was of many systems. Diplomonadida without mitochondrion first separated out from prokaryote, then Trichomonadida, afterwards fungi and Microspora, which showed that microspora and fungi had a close origin. Microspora, was composed of four groups; Vavraia culicis and Trachipleistophara hominis in Clugeida were at the highest level of evolution; and Parathelohania anophelis in Dissociodihaplophasida was of the earliest origin. Endoreticulatus bombycis is in the third group of Microspora and it is at the higher level of evolution among Microspora.
