摘 要:由于神经受损之后难以自发成功再生 ,经常导致永久性机体功能丧失。所以对损伤神经进行修复就显得格外重要。目前的修复方法之一是用生物可降解的人工神经导管 ,用这种神经修复导管提供神经再生所需的“微环境”以诱导神经再生〔1,3〕。壳聚糖是一种天然氨基多糖 ,具有良好的生物相容性和可降解性 ,因此可用壳聚糖作为人工神经导管材料。但在实际的临床应用中 ,用壳聚糖做的神经导管还存在许多有待解决的问题 ,如材料机械性能较差 ,特别是韧性。针对这一问题 ,本文采用 γ-射线辐照对壳聚糖进行了改性研究 ,以期获得有利于其韧性提高的措施。结果发现辐射剂量在一定范围 ,经 γ-射线辐照的壳聚糖薄膜的机械性能得到了明显地提高 ,并且在此辐照范围内 。Damage to nerves often results in a permanent loss of function because the tissue fails to regenerate.Now using an artificial nerve conduit made of biodegradable materials to bridge the transected nerve and provide the 'micro-circumstance' is the direction of research in nerve repair.Chitosan is a biodegradable nature aminopolysacchride with finer biocompatibility,degradability,so it can be used as conduit materials.When conduit made by chitosan is applied in practice,there are many problems waiting to be handled.One of the distinct problems is chitosan toughness.To handle this issue,one modificatory measure is described in this thesis.This modification is physical modification,using Gamma-ray to radiate the chitosan film.It is found that in special Gamma-ray dose range,the mechanical property of chitosan film can be improved,and the biocompatibility of chitosan that is radiated by Gamma-ray is as well as the biocompatibility of chitosan that is not radiated.So the radiating modification is one of finer measure to handle the problem of chitosan'toughness.
