摘　　要：总结应用国产 PF model10 0 0型血浆置换机对 3例患者行 13例次双重滤过血浆置换治疗效果的观察及护理。提出术前探访患者 ,采用动、静脉或静、静脉穿刺血管通路 ,缩短管路长度 ,密切观察生命体征及病情变化 ,监测治疗参数 ,加强保暖等护理措施 。Observed and summarized the treating effects and nursing experiences in exert double filtration by applying domestic plasma exchange machine 13 times on 3 patients.The treatment can be done successfully if some measures are taken,including visiting the patient before the operation,setting up the blood tube in time,shortening the length of tube,paying attention to observing the vital signs and the stage of illness changing,inspecting the treatment parameters enhancing the measure of keeping warm and so on.
