草业系统工程与草地科学经营体系建设——浅谈新疆草业发展的重要意义

摘　　要：新疆要使畜牧业在农业中占主导地位 ,建设现代化畜牧业 ,必须抓住草业这个关键 ,而且要按钱学森院士提出的草业理论和实际去执行和完善。草业要运用系统工程的理论和方法 ,去组织、经营和管理 ,建立草地科学经营体系。新疆发展草业要因地制宜 ,兴办草业龙头企业 ,把草料加工办成大企业 ,改变草地经营“大锅饭”状况 ,加大对草业的投入 ,并培养草业科技、经营队伍。The key point to establish a modern Animal husbandry, we should focus on pratacultural and put animal husbandry in a leading position in broad agricultural industry in Xinjiang. To perform and consummate it according to Academician Mr. Qian xue-sen's pratacultural theory and practice. Pratacultural need to be organizing, running and managing by means of the theory and method of Pratacultural System Engineering, and to set up a scientific management system. Xinjiang need to base on its actual situation and environment to develop pratacultural, establish leading enterprise (know as dragon head enterprise) of pratacultural, turn forage-processing factory into a big enterprise. Change the situation of grassland'eat in one big pot'(means the extensive management).Enhance the input of pratacultural and to cultivate science and technical and manage team
