摘 要:对FX-01催化剂上苯与丙烯烷基化反应制异丙苯的催化精馏工艺进行了研究,考察了影响反应的各种因素。实验结果表明制异丙苯适宜的工艺条件是:催化剂体积装填分率25%、操作压力0.8MPa、苯的质量空速2~4h^(-1)、进料的苯烯摩尔比6、反应温度160℃,循环比l~2。此时,丙烯转化率>97%,异丙苯选择性>4%,证明催化精馏技术应用于丙烯制异丙苯工艺具有可行性。The preparation of cumene by alkylation of benzene with propylene over FX-01 catalyst by catalytic distillation was studied. Through the study of catalytic distillation process, the operating conditions for alkylation were obtained: catalyst packing fraction: 25%, pressure: O.SMPa, benzene WHSV 2-4h-1, molar ratio of benzene to propylene :6.reactive temperature: 160℃ , circulation ratio 1-2. Under these conditions, the conversion of propylene was above 98%, the selectivity of cumene was above 94%. In conclusion, the application of catalytic distillation technique was feasible on the preparation of cumene with propylene.
