摘  要:聚丙烯 (丙纶 )具有重量轻、强度高、保暖性好、回潮率低、抗霉变、耐化学腐蚀等优点 ,但存在染色性差的缺点。为解决这一问题 ,针对分散染料染可染丙纶的染色性能及染料极性对其影响进行了研究。实验结果表明可染丙纶可以用分散染料在 12 0~ 130℃下进行高温高压染色。同时染料的极性、分子量的大小对它的染色牢度有一定的影响 ,极性小或分子量大的分散染料对可染丙纶的提升力好。Polypropylene possesses many good properties including light weight, high tensile strength, good warm-keeping behavior, low moisture regain, good resistance to mildew, good resistance to chemical corrosion and so on. The dye-ability of polypropylene, however, is comparatively inferior. In order to tackle this problem, this paper studied the dyeing effect of disperse dyes to dye-able polypropylene and discussed the influence of dye polarity on the color fastness. The research results indicated that polypropylene can be dyed by disperse dye using high temperature and high pressure method, and the applied temperature is between 120~130℃. It was also concluded that the weak polarity or big molecular weight of disperse dye is favorable for better dyeing effect.
