摘  要:香蕉根结线虫(MeloidogyneincognitaChitwood)在广西南宁一年内发生9代,完成一代大约需要30~54d,有明显的世代重叠现象,以各种虫态在病根和土壤中越冬。根结线虫生活史历期长短以及在土壤中消长规律与温度和降雨量密切相关。根结线虫在平均日温为13 5℃下完成寄生阶段生活史约需34d。对卵发育的研究表明卵发育的适温范围为20~30℃。The banana rootknot nematode (Meloidogyne incognita Chitwood) occurred for nine generations a year in Nanning Guangxi.The duration of a generation was about 30~54 days and generations overlapping occurred obviously.The duration of a generation and the population fluctuation in soil were closely correlated with the temperature and rainfall.When average daily temperature was below 13.5?℃,the rootknot nematode finished its postinfection development within 34 days.The optimum temperature for the development of eggs was 20~30?℃.
