摘　　要：应用喂丝工艺生产蠕墨铸铁。通过试验分析了包芯线的化学成分及加入量对蠕化率的影响,确定了喂丝工艺的工艺参数。结果表明,喂丝法生产蠕墨铸铁,蠕化情况良好,蠕化率稳定。The cored wire injection process was used to produce vermicular cast iron.The influences of composition of cored-wire and its addition amount on the percentage of vermicular graphite were ana-lyzed,and the parameters of cored-wire injection process were determined by carrying out vermiculariz-ing treatment experiments.The result showed that excellent and stable vermicularizing effect could be obtained by using cored-wire injection process to produce vermicular iorn.
