摘 要:对淡水石斑鱼的繁殖频率与水温、激素催熟的相关关系进行了研究 ,结果显示 :淡水石斑鱼的繁殖频率随水温的升高而加快 ;注射LHRH -A2 ,可加快繁殖频率 ,注射剂量为 0 .8~ 1.0 μg/kg(♀体重 )时 ,有利于提高孵化率。此外 ,对亲鱼年龄与受精卵孵化率的关系及不同批次苗种生长的研究结果显示 ,2~ 4龄亲鱼产的卵 ,其孵化率在 6 0 %~ 70 % ;而在 2 6~ 2 8℃情况下 ,不同批次苗种间的生长差异不大 ;在自然水温条件下 ,不同批次苗种间的生长存在差异。The correlation between the breeding frequency of managuense Cichlasoma managuense and water temperature and hormone ripening was studied. The results showed that the breeding frequency of managueuse increased with the rise of water temperature, and the injection of LHRH-A 2 would speed up the breeding frequency, while injection dose of 0.8~ 1.0 μg/kg (♀ dodiweight) would help improve the hatching rate. In addition, the results obtained from the studies of the relationship between the age of brood fish and the hatching rate of fertilized eggs, and the growth with various batches of seedstock indicated that the hatching rate of brood fish aged 2~4 was 60%~70%. There was no great difference of growth of various batches of seedstock under the conditions of 26~28℃, but was differenet under zaious natural water temperature.
