摘　　要：目的 明确引起足月妊娠子宫破裂的病因及诊断方法。方法 采用回顾性分析方法,对10例足月妊娠子宫破裂的发生因素及临床特征进行分析。结果 10例均发生于经产妇,瘢痕子宫发生破裂最多见(70％),临床特征大多有先兆征象。结论 作好围产期保健,及时筛查高危妊娠,作好计划分娩方案,对瘢痕子宫如妊娠足月应提前择期剖宫产。[ Objective ] To learn the causes and diagnostic methods of uterus rupture in termed pregnancies. [ Methods ] Retrospective analysis method was adopted to analyze the causing elements and clinical features of 10 cases of uterus rupture of termed pregnancies. [Results]lO cases were all multiparas. Uterine rupture scar occurred most frequently (70%). Signal symptoms were frequent in their clinical features. [Conclusion]The perinatal care should be improved, high-risk pregnancy should be screened as early as possible and delivery plan should be made properly. Cesarean should be performed on termed pregnancy with uterine scar.
